Dr Thomas Heaton is a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthesia with 19 years of medical learning experience. He holds a PGCert in Medical Education (distinction), has served as an honorary clinical lecturer, student examiner, and educational supervisor, and is the founder of Strive.Seek.Find. After years of feeling that his hard work wasn’t translating into durable knowledge, he immersed himself in the science of learning and has since used these strategies to pass postgraduate exams and help countless trainees transform how they study.
